Temozolomide Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen consisting of temozolomide that may be used in the treatment of soft tissue and uterine sarcoma, cutaneous and uveal melanoma, small cell lung cancer (SCLC), central nervous system (CNS) cancers, mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome, pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma, and extrapulmonary poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinoma, large or small cell carcinoma and mixed neuroendocrine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasm, and neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), including well-differentiated grade 3 NETs and NETs of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, lung, thymus and pancreas.
