Protein Structure Initiative

**Definition:** A NIGMS initiative to define the basic protein shapes and to catalog all proteins in terms of these shapes. This project will require the determination of a large number (perhaps 10,000) of protein structures in a high throughput mode. (from RFA: GM-99-009)
