Detumomab

**Definition:** A recombinant mouse immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody directed against an undisclosed B-cell lymphoma tumor-associated antigen (TAA), with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon administration, detumomab targets and binds to a TAA expressed on B-cell lymphoma cells. This prevents TAA-mediated signaling and kills the tumor cells.
