Intratubular Large Cell Hyalinizing Sertoli Cell Neoplasia

**Definition:** A clinically benign intratubular neoplastic proliferation of large Sertoli cells in the testis. It is associated with prominent basement membrane deposits. It occurs almost exclusively in patients with Peutz-Jeghers syndrome.
