Warty (Bowenoid) Penile Intraepithelial Neoplasia

**Definition:** Intraepithelial neoplasia of the penis characterized by a slightly spiking papillomatous surface with atypical parakeratosis. There is prominent cellular pleomorphism, koilocytosis, and mitoses. Unlike in basaloid penile intraepithelial neoplasia, there is squamous maturation. (WHO 2016)
