**Definition:** A preparation of autologous, ex-vivo activated and expanded, bone marrow-derived infiltrating lymphocytes (MILs) from a non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patient, with potential antineoplastic and immunomodulating activities. Upon administration of the NSCLC-specific MILs, the T cells target and destroy the destroy the patient's NSCLC cells.
