Manchester Terrier

**Definition:** A spirited, bright, keenly observant sleek racy dog with a terrier's ratting instinct and a tight coat of rich mahogany tan and jet black. There are two varieties, the standard and the toy, the latter not exceeding 12 pounds. The height is up to 16 inches and the weight is up to 22 pounds.
