PROMIS Peer Relationships

**Definition:** Questionnaires designed to assess self-reported quality of relationships with friends and other acquaintances. The peer relationships short forms are universal rather than disease-specific and are available for pediatric self-report (ages 8-17) and for parents serving as proxy reporters for their child (youth ages 5-17).
