Partially Engineered T-regulatory Cell Donor Graft TRGFT-201

**Definition:** A T-regulatory (Treg) cell donor graft that has been partially engineered by depleting all the T-cells and then enriching the graft with infusions of conventional T-cells, Tregs and CD34+ stem cells derived from peripheral blood from either related or unrelated matched donors, with potential immunomodulating activity. Upon administration of the partially engineered T-regulatory cell donor graft TRGFT-201 following myeloablation, the allograft may induce tolerance in patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (AHSCT) as treatment for hematologic malignancies.
