Physiologic Pulmonary Artery Stenosis Murmur

**Definition:** An innocent murmur with a medium or high pitched, blowing character heard at the left middle sternal border that can also be heard at the same volume across the precordium and back that does not disappear with maneuvers but is only heard in infants less than six months of age.
