CD70 Deficiency

**Definition:** A rare primary immunodeficiency caused by homozygous CD70 mutation. It is characterized by susceptibility to Epstein-Barr virus infection, hypogammaglobulinemia, and development of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas and Hodgkin lymphomas.
