Melanocytic Matricoma

**Definition:** A rare benign pilar tumor with numerous intratumoral pigmented dendritic melanocytes. It typically affects elderly men. The most common location is the head and neck, followed by the trunk and the limbs. It manifests as a small, pigmented, purple or brownish-black papule or nodule. (WHO 2018)
