Mosaic Variegated Aneuploidy Syndrome 2

**Definition:** An extremely rare mosaic variegated aneuploidy syndrome caused by mutations in the CEP57 gene. It manifests with growth retardation. Unlike the other mosaic variegated aneuploidy syndrome subtypes, there are no reports of development of malignant neoplasms.
