Camidanlumab

**Definition:** A human immunoglobulin (Ig) G1 monoclonal antibody directed against the alpha subunit of the interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R alpha or CD25). Upon administration, camidanlumab specifically targets and binds to the cell surface antigen CD25. CD25, a transmembrane receptor and tumor-associated antigen (TAA), is expressed on certain cancer cells.
