Post-Radiation Atypical Vascular Lesion of Breast
**Semantic type:** Disease or Syndrome
**Definition:** Benign vascular proliferations in the breast skin following external radiation for breast carcinoma. The lesions consist of small papules, small vesicles, or erythematous ecchymotic plaques with prominent telangiectasias. There is an increased risk for subsequent development of angiosarcoma.
