Non-Neural Granular Cell Tumor
**Semantic type:** Neoplastic Process
**Definition:** A rare, low-grade skin neoplasm of mesenchymal cells of unknown lineage with prominent cytoplasmic granularity. The lesions are most commonly non-ulcerated papules or nodules. Most cases are indolent, despite worrisome histopathologic features. Few cases with regional lymph node metastasis have been reported. (WHO 2018)
