**Definition:** An exceedingly rare, low-grade malignant neoplasm that arises from the gastric muscularis propria and is characterized by biphasic morphology with epithelial and mesenchymal components present. It usually affects children and young adults and is associated with MALAT1-GLI1 gene fusion.
