Hepatocellular Macrotrabecular Massive Carcinoma
**Semantic type:** Neoplastic Process
**Definition:** Hepatocellular carcinoma characterized by more than 50% growth of macrotrabecular pattern (equal to or more than 6 to 10 cells thick). It presents with higher grade and stage compared to conventional hepatocellular carcinoma. It has poor prognosis with early recurrence and poor overall survival.
