MVI Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen that is similar to regimen M, consisting of vincristine, dactinomycin and doxorubicin plus cyclophosphamide and etoposide, but in which some of the high-dose cyclophosphamide and etoposide cycles are replaced by vincristine and irinotecan to minimize toxicity and that may be used in the treatment of Wilms tumor.
