Paratesticular Epithelioid Mesothelioma

**Definition:** A rare malignant mesothelioma arising from the tunica vaginalis. It is characterized by the presence of cells with epithelioid morphology. The epithelioid cells usually have eosinophilic cytoplasm, bland nuclei, and form tubulopapillary, microglandular, or sheet-like patterns.
