Sclerosing Odontogenic Carcinoma

**Semantic type:** Neoplastic Process

It is characterized by single-file thin cords, nests, and strands of epithelium in a densely sclerotic stroma. Cytologically, individual epithelial cells are bland, with infrequent mitoses. Their cytoplasm may show vacuolation or partial clearing. There is no squamous differentiation.
