**Definition:** A preparation of allogeneic T-lymphocytes specific for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), obtained from convalescent donors who have recovered from Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), with immunomodulating activity against COVID-19. Upon administration of the SARS-CoV-2 specific T cells, these cells may recognize and kill SARS-CoV-2-infected cells.
