Trastuzumab Deruxtecan Regimen

**Definition:** A regimen composed of trastuzumab deruxtecan that can be used for the treatment of biliary tract, bladder, breast, cervical, colon, gastric, rectal, esophageal and esophagogastric junction, vaginal, vulvar, ovarian, fallopian tube, and primary peritoneal cancers, endometrial carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), salivary gland tumors, occult primary adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma, and ampullary, appendiceal, pancreatic, and small bowel adenocarcinoma.
