**Definition:** A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(10;19)(q26;q13) which fuses the CIC gene to the DUX4L10 gene, a pseudogene that is member of the DUX4L gene family cluster found at 10q26. This fusion is associated with the CIC-rearranged small blue round cell subtype of soft tissue sarcoma.
