FUS/FEV Fusion Gene

**Definition:** A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(2;16)(q35;p11) which fuses exon 10 of the FUS gene with exon 2 of the FEV gene. This rearrangement is associated with Ewing sarcoma.
