Loncastuximab

**Definition:** A humanized immunoglobulin (Ig) G1 monoclonal antibody directed against the tumor-associated antigen (TAA) CD19, with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon administration, loncastuximab targets and binds to CD19 expressed on tumor cells. This may inhibit the proliferation of CD19-overexpressing tumor cells. CD19 antigen is a B-cell specific cell surface antigen overexpressed in B-cell lineage malignancies.
