Conjunctival Reactive Lymphoid Hyperplasia

**Definition:** A polyclonal proliferation of lymphoid tissue in the conjunctiva that typically occurs in young adults. It usually presents as a unilateral, red or orange, painless swelling and is probably caused by chronic antigen stimulation. (WHO 2018)
