Lacrimal Gland Reactive Lymphoid Hyperplasia

**Definition:** A polyclonal proliferation of lymphoid tissue in the lacrimal gland. It usually presents as painless palpable masses leading to globe displacement, decreased motility, diplopia, and ptosis. It has a tendency to involve bilateral lacrimal glands. There is a higher incidence in females and in the setting of autoimmune disease. (WHO 2018)
