Devil Facial Tumor Disease 1

**Definition:** A subtype of devil facial tumor disease characterized by the absence of identifiable copies of chromosome 2 or any sex chromosomes, and the presence of only one copy of chromosome 6 and four atypical marker chromosomes with complex rearrangements. DFTD1 tumors also have a characteristic MHC profile.
