Breast Nodular Fasciitis

**Definition:** A self-limiting, rapidly growing, non-encapsulated benign neoplasm that arises from the breast. It has been described in both the subcutis and parenchyma of the breast. It occurs most frequently in the upper-outer quadrant. It is composed of fibroblastic/myofibroblastic cells.
