**Definition:** An atypical lipomatous tumor/well differentiated liposarcoma composed of mature adipocytes in which, unlike in benign lipoma, substantial variation in cell size is appreciated alongside nuclear atypia in fat cells or stromal spindle cells. (WHO 2020)
