**Definition:** A set of clinical terminology created by NCI EVS to support collection and sharing of data related to research, testing, clinical observations, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of COVID-19. This set does not include pharmaceutical agents; however, agents can be found in the NCIt COVID-19 Agent Terminology.
