**Definition:** A logical regression lung cancer risk model, based on data from the Prostate, Lung, Colorectal and Ovarian Cancer Screening Trial (PLCO), that incorporates 11 predictors, including age, smoking status, smoking intensity, duration of smoking, and duration of quitting, to estimate the six-year lung cancer risk in individuals who have greater than or equal to 30 pack-years of smoking and less than 15 years since quitting.
