PROS Syndrome

**Definition:** A group of rare disorders that are caused by mutation in the PIK3CA gene. Representative examples include CLOVES (congenital lipomatous overgrowth, vascular malformations, epidermal nevi, and skeletal/spinal abnormalities) syndrome and MCAP (megalencephaly-capillary malformation) syndrome.
