Autologous mRNA-encoding NSCLC Neoantigens Dendritic Cell Vaccine
**Semantic type:** Cell|Immunologic Factor|Pharmacologic Substance
**Definition:** A dendritic cell (DC)-based cancer vaccine in which the autologous, in vitro activated DCs are loaded with messenger RNA (mRNA) encoding neoantigens from the patient's non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration of autologous mRNA-encoding NSCLC neoantigens DC vaccine, the mRNA gets expressed into neoantigens in cells and the neoantgens activate the immune system to induce robust neoantigen-specific T-cell responses against the NSCLCs expressing these neoantigens. The neoantigens are predicted from the patient-individual tumor's mutanome.
**Synonyms:** - Autologous MIDRIXNEO-LUNG Dendritic Cell Vaccine - Autologous mRNA-loaded NSCLC DC Vaccine - MIDRIXNEO-LUNG Autologous DC Vaccine
