Anti-HER2 Molecule AIP-303

**Definition:** A molecule targeting the tumor-associated antigen (TAA) epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2, EGFR2, ERBB2), with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon administration, the anti-HER2 molecule AIP-303 targets and binds to HER2-expressing cells. This may inhibit HER2-mediated signaling and inhibit growth in HER2-overexpressing tumor cells. HER2, a tyrosine kinase, is overexpressed on the cell surfaces of various tumor cell types.
