FUS/NFATC2 Fusion Gene

**Definition:** A fusion gene that results from a chromosomal translocation t(16;20)(p11;q13) which fuses exon 6 of the FUS gene with exon 3 of the NFATC2 gene. This rearrangement is associated with round cell sarcoma.
