**Definition:** An orally administered, microbiota-based therapeutic composed of a processed and lyophilized form of the microbiota suspension RBX2660, consisting of live, human-derived bacteria prepared from donated human stool, with potential immunomodulatory activity. Upon administration, microbiota-based formulation RBX7455 may restore the unhealthy, altered gut microbiome, enhance the microbial diversity and function in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract and may re-establish a healthy microbiome in the GI tract. This may enhance the patients' immunological activity.
