Fibrocartilaginous Mesenchymoma

**Definition:** A very rare, locally aggressive neoplasm arising from the bones, usually from the metaphysis of long tubular bones. It is composed of spindle cells, hyaline cartilage nodules, and trabeculae of bone. It may recur locally, but no metastases have been reported.
