Personalized Neoantigen-specific T-lymphocytes NEO-PTC-01
**Semantic type:** Cell|Pharmacologic Substance
**Definition:** A preparation of autologous, personalized tumor neoantigen-specific T-lymphocytes, with potential immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities. The T-cells are derived from the patients' peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and are primed and activated against tumor-specific neoantigens that are expressed on the patient's tumor cells or in the tumor microenvironment (TME), and expanded ex vivo. Upon administration, the autologous neoantigen-specific T-lymphocytes NEO-PTC-01 recognize and bind to tumor cells expressing the targeted neoantigens, resulting in a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL)-mediated immune response against the patient's tumor cells.
