Mesonephric-Like Adenocarcinoma

**Definition:** An exceedingly rare adenocarcinoma that arises from the uterine corpus and ovary and displays mesonephric differentiation. Some tumors are thought to derive from mesonephric duct (Wolffian duct) remnants. Others may have a Mullerian duct lineage.
