Ovarian Leiomyoma

**Definition:** A benign smooth muscle neoplasm arising from the ovary. It is usually characterized by the presence of spindle cells with cigar-shaped nuclei, interlacing fascicles, and a whorled pattern. Variants with increased cellularity, increased mitotic activity, myxoid changes, or epithelioid morphology have also been reported.
