CD8 Enriched Young Autologous Tumor-infiltrating Lymphocytes

**Definition:** A preparation of autologous young tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), that are isolated from the patient's tumor tissue that are CD8 enriched and expanded ex vivo, with potential antineoplastic and immunomodulating activities. Upon administration of the CD8 enriched young autologous TILs, the TILs re-infiltrate the tumor, recognize the tumor cells and initiate tumor cell lysis. This inhibits tumor cell growth.
