T-regulatory Cell-enriched Donor Cells

**Definition:** A preparation of donor-derived T-cells that have been enriched with donor T-regulatory (Treg) cells, with potential immunomodulating activity. Upon administration of the Treg cell-enriched donor cells prior to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), the donor cells may induce tolerance to HSCT and may reduce risk of relapse and graft-versus-host-disease (GVHD) in hematologic malignancies.
