FLT3 Agonist-Fc Fusion Protein GS-3583
**Semantic type:** Pharmacologic Substance
**Definition:** A fusion protein composed of fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (FLT3L) and agonist fused to an immunoglobulin (Ig) fragment crystallizable region (Fc region), with potential immunostimulating activity. Upon administration of the FLT3 agonist-Fc fusion protein GS-3583, the FLT3 agonist moiety specifically targets, binds to, and activates FLT3 and, synergistically with other growth factors, stimulates the proliferation and mobilization of bone marrow precursor cells, including CD34+ cells, and dendritic cells (DCs). FLT3 agonist-Fc fusion protein GS-3583 has a longer serum half-life compared with soluble FLT3L.
**Synonyms:** - FLT3 Agonist Fc Fusion Protein GS-3583 - Flt3R Agonist GS-3583 - GS 3583 - GS-3583 - GS3583
