**Definition:** A radioconjugate composed of the granzyme B-targeting agent LY3546117 labeled with the radionuclide fluorine F 18, with potential use as an imaging agent for granzyme B activity upon positron emission tomography (PET). Upon administration, fluorine F 18 LY3546117 targets and binds to granzyme B. Granzyme B activity can then be visualized using PET. Granzyme B plays a key role in cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) and natural killer (NK) cell-mediated cytotoxicity of virus-infected cells and tumor cells.
