**Definition:** An orally bioavailable inhibitor of mutant receptor tyrosine kinase (mtRTK; pTyr-mtRTK), with potential antineoplastic activity. Upon oral administration, mtRTK inhibitor WM-S1-030 targets and binds to mtRTK, thereby inhibiting mtRTK-mediated signaling pathways. This inhibits proliferation of tumor cells expressing mtRTK.
