**Definition:** A preparation of human tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) isolated from a melanoma patient and engineered to encode a T-cell receptor (TCR) specific for an epitope of MART-1 (F5 TCR), with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, the autologous anti-MART-1 F5 TCR TILs may recognize and halt the growth of MART-1-expressing melanoma cells.
