**Definition:** A preparation of human T-lymphocytes that have been genetically modified to express a dual-target CAR, with potential immunostimulating and antineoplastic activities. Upon administration, the dual-target CAR T cells C-4-29 recognize and kill tumor cells expressing the two as of yet undisclosed targets. This results in a cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) response against these tumor cells, thereby causing tumor cell lysis.
