**Definition:** An oral spray containing thyme and honey, with potential anti-inflammatory and anti-mucositis activities. Upon administration, the ingredients in this agent may prevent or decrease inflammation and bacterial infections of the oral mucosal membranes and may prevent or decrease radiation-induced oral mucositis. In addition, honey may have a protective and healing effect on the oral mucosa.
